What the site is
Umrah.to publishes general guidance, planning tools, country and nationality pages, an offline companion and a directory of independent operators, for information and planning only. We are not a travel agent or tour operator, we do not sell travel, we do not take payment for trips, and we are not a religious authority. We are independent of the Saudi government and of the Nusuk platform.
No guarantees about visas, permits or places
Nothing on the site guarantees that a visa, an Umrah or Rawdah permit, a Hajj registration or a Hajj place will be granted, or that a rule, fee or date will still apply when you travel. Official sources decide these things and they change. You are responsible for confirming the current requirements with Nusuk, the Saudi visa platform, your national Hajj authority or the Saudi embassy, and for meeting them.
Guidance only
Descriptions of rituals and religious practice are general. They are not rulings, and where scholars differ we do not decide between them. Follow a qualified scholar and your group's guide. Health, cost and safety notes are general and are not professional advice.
Operators, listings and quote requests
- A listing or a quote introduction is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a warranty. Our verification covers only the checks shown on the listing, on the date shown.
- Any booking is a contract between you and the operator, or between you and Nusuk. We are not a party to it, we receive no payment from you, and we are not responsible for an operator's prices, services, refunds, cancellations or conduct.
- Operators listed here agree to keep their authorisation current, to quote honestly, and to use pilgrim details only for the enquiry they received. We may remove a listing at any time.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and do not submit false information in any form.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without permission. Sharing links, short quotes with attribution, and printing pages for personal or group use is welcome.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its forms or its service worker.
Content and tools
We work to keep content accurate and dated, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Calculator results are estimates, not offers. Third-party data on the live page is indicative. We may change or remove content and tools at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umrah.to and Four Cents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including a refused visa or permit, a missed registration or deadline, a booking with an operator, travel costs, or an error or omission in any page or tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The text, tools, data files and design of the site belong to Four Cents or are used under licence. The statistics page is published under a Creative Commons Attribution licence as stated on that page.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply.
