List your Umrah company

If you are a licensed Umrah operator, apply to be listed. We verify credentials before publishing, and there is no charge to apply.

Thank you. Your application is in and we will review your credentials and be in touch.

We verify before publishing. Listing is free while we build; premium placement may be offered later.

Why list with Umrah.to

Umrah.to is an independent, English-language Umrah planning guide. Pilgrims arrive here from search after reading our cost breakdowns, ritual walkthroughs and Nusuk guides, and many of them are at the point of choosing who to book with. A listing puts your company in front of people who have already done their homework and are comparing operators on credentials rather than on the loudest advertising.

What we check before publishing

  • Authorisation. Evidence that you are permitted to sell Umrah packages for your market, for example a Nusuk / Masar listing or an authorised external-agent relationship.
  • Consumer protection. Where it applies: ATOL (UK), IATA accreditation, ASTA membership, or the equivalent bonding scheme in your country.
  • Business registration. A real, current company registration that matches the name and address on your website and invoices.
  • Contactability. A working phone number, email and physical office, tested by us.

We record what we checked and the date we checked it. Anything we could not confirm is shown as pending rather than hidden.

What a listing includes

  • A profile page with your packages, departure cities, group sizes and languages spoken.
  • Verified credentials shown exactly as checked, with dates.
  • Enquiries from pilgrims sent directly to you by email, with the pilgrim's departure country, dates and budget so you can quote accurately.
  • No pay-to-rank. Listing order is based on verification status and completeness of the profile, not on payment.

Cost

Applying and being listed is free while the directory is being built. If we later introduce paid options, they will be limited to optional premium placement or additional profile features, and every existing verified listing will remain live at no charge. We will tell you in writing before anything changes.

Frequently asked questions

How long does verification take?

Usually a few working days once we have your documents. We will email you if we need anything else.

We are a new company. Can we still apply?

Yes, as long as you hold the required authorisation for your market. Newer companies are shown with their registration date so pilgrims can make their own judgement.

Do you publish reviews?

We do not invent reviews or show star ratings we cannot verify. If we add reviews later, they will come from pilgrims who booked through an enquiry sent from this site.

Can we update our profile later?

Yes. Email the address on your welcome message and we will update packages, prices and contact details.

What happens after you apply

  1. Your application is emailed to our team and logged.
  2. We reply within a few working days asking for the documents behind each check: your Nusuk Masar contract or external-agent authorisation, your company registration, and any consumer-protection membership (ATOL, IATA, ASTA or the national equivalent).
  3. We test your phone, email and office address.
  4. Your listing goes live in the directory with each check marked as verified or pending, with the date.

How enquiries reach you

When a pilgrim asks for quotes from your departure country, we email you the request: name, contact details, departure city, dates, travellers and budget, plus anything they wrote. You reply to the pilgrim directly. We ask you to quote only Nusuk-booked packages, to name hotels and distances, and to tell us if an enquiry looks fraudulent.

What we ask of listed operators

  • Keep your authorisation current and tell us if it lapses.
  • Do not contact pilgrims about anything other than their enquiry, and do not add them to marketing lists without consent.
  • Honour the price and inclusions you quote.
  • Tell us about complaints; we would rather fix a listing than remove it.
